The role of blister mold pores:

3.Control the temperature during the blister process. During the blister process, the mold is heated to soften the plastic and adsorb it to the mold surface. However, if the mold surface temperature is too high, the plastic will soften or overheat prematurely, affecting the quality of the product. The blister mold pores can control the temperature during the blister process by dissipating the heat inside the mold and lowering the temperature of the mold surface, thereby ensuring the stability of product quality.

 

4.Prevent mold deformation. During the blister process, the mold will be affected by heating and cooling, and the temperature change will cause the mold to expand and contract, causing the mold to deform. The blister mold pores can reduce the heat accumulation inside the mold by exhausting air and controlling the temperature, thereby reducing the expansion and contraction of the mold, preventing the mold from deforming, and extending the service life of the mold.

 

5.Improve the efficiency of blister molding. By reasonably setting the blister mold pores, the gas inside the mold can be quickly discharged, the resistance and energy consumption in the blister molding process can be reduced, the blister molding efficiency can be improved, the production cycle can be shortened, and the production cost can be reduced.
